I spent my entire conscious life controlling my food and dieting to keep my weight down. But in times of stress, there were always breakdowns that included wine, cheese, potato chips and chocolate bars. So my weight jumped a lot. After that, it was again a hard way to get back into the desired shape. It wore me out. Plus, I got sick and tired of frequent and severe migraines. I decided to change my lifestyle, my approach and find the best diet that was the best fit for me personally. That's how I turned to Kateryna. It has been more than two months now that I have have changed my lifestyle with Kateryna's help as a health coach. What can I say? I'm happy. First, in 2.5 months, I had only two migraine attacks, but that was on the first day of my period, which is hormonal. Usually, I have a migraine three times a week. Second, I'm not hungry. I eat delicious and varied meals without feeling like I'm cutting myself short or suffering. Third, my weight has dropped tremendously, 8 kg. I'm sleeping less and getting enough sleep, plus I have a lot of energy. I posed a question to Kateryna, "Why don't so many people use these approaches? It's so simple and accessible, plus the effect is not commensurate with the effort!" I wish everyone to find their own way to eat because this is the basis of the basics, the base of the base! That's why I'm writing my review and my experience. Maybe it will encourage someone to change their life the way I did, with Kateryna's help.

With age (I was 64 at the time of seeing Kateryna), a considerable amount of health problems has accumulated, even though I did not have any until 40. By 64 I was already obese and had metabolic problems (fatty liver) and joint pain. Plus, I was allergic year-round to an enormous number of foods and had severe migraine attacks up to four times a month and, consequently, my ability to work decreased. When working with Kateryna as a health coach, I received comprehensive support and careful guidance in changing my lifestyle and eating habits. I was motivated to change my diet dramatically and introduce more physical activity to my life, with very friendly and detailed guidance. Most importantly, I felt improvement almost immediately. I didn't have headaches anymore, joint pain decreased dramatically and I started to loose weight slowly. With the time my energy level increased so much that I didn't need to have a nap during the day, could walk long distances and even run in the park with my grandchild. This was (and is) amazing! By now, after almost 1 year of new lifestyle I lost in total 13 kg and my weight is stable. I also can see improvements in my skin and nails. The specialist's positive attitude to changes in diet and lifestyle, aesthetics in the material presentation, efficiency, and quality support for as long as necessary help a lot. When educating or explaining, Kateryna demonstrate profound knowledge, presented interestingly with fascinating examples. As the saying goes, "Simple about the complex things." I would definitely recommend working with Kateryna as health coach!
